To enable Bio-Formats within FARSIGHT:

  1. Build FARSIGHT
  2. Build Bio-Formats C++ bindings
  3. Build Bio-Formats ITK plugin

Note that the Bio-Formats C++ bindings have several prerequisites as well, so please follow the directions on each page thoroughly and carefully.
