For the Farsight Toolkit
The Nuclear Segmentation module is distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 2. The rest of the software, documentation and configuration files of the Farsight Toolkit are distributed under an Apache 2.0 License.

Please note however, that the Farsight Toolkit includes several third party modules, that may be distributed under different licenses. In particular some modules (such as the Bio-Formats) are distributed under a GPL License.
