FARSIGHT Tutorials/Building Software/Bio-Formats

To enable Bio-Formats within FARSIGHT:

1. Build FARSIGHT
2. Build the Bio-Formats C++ bindings
3. Build the Bio-Formats ITK plugin

Note that the Bio-Formats C++ bindings have several prerequisites as well, so please follow the directions on each page thoroughly and carefully.

If you would prefer a step-by-step tutorial on building both FARSIGHT and Bio-Formats specific to your operating system, you can follow one of the following guides:
